Please note these rooms are limited and sharing the group hotel link with patrons not registered for the tour is strictly prohibited. Sharing the room with unregistered patrons creates disadvantages for those registering for the tour, as less rooms will be available. Unauthorized use of the group hotel link may result in cancelation at anytime without notice, and forfeiture of deposits.

Depending on the hotel, patrons can choose to pay for their hotel room, in person, upon arrival to the hotel but you must reserve. A valid credit card is required to reserve.

Also note, Japan Occupancy rules frequently charge per person, not per room. So please make sure you put the correct number of people when booking your room.

This hotel has 4 towers, all on the same campus. Preferred towers Annex Tower, Main Tower and N Tower.  East tower rooms are for low budget single occupancy. The hotel has many restaurants inside the hotel and surrounding, so there's no need to reserve breakfast.  MAS and welcome packages distributed at this hotel

C - Budget friendly Hotel: Shinagawa Tobu Hotel

Same area, 2 minutes walk behind Shinagawa Prince Hotel (the preferred hotel). Please note the bus does not stop in front this hotel. Patrons staying at this hotel, please meet at Shinagawa Prince Hotel.

If you choose to stay at an Airbnb you are expected to notify us. Please note SIJ bus ONLY goes to the assigned hotels. The assigned hotels is in Shinagawa, Tokyo District. It's recommended to stay within 10 mins walk to the assigned hotels. Please ask your airbnb host how far walk is the place from the hotel.
