DEPARTURE FROM HOTEL TO AIRPORT
✈️ Departure Flight & Bus Schedule Notice
Please review the bus schedule below when selecting your departure flight.
To help us coordinate your return transportation, all patrons are required to submit their flight itinerary using the form linked below. This allows Soca in Japan (SIJ) to make the necessary arrangements for the departure bus to the airport.
✅ Flight Itinerary Form Deadline: July 31, 2025
🔗 Submit your itinerary here (One form per person — even if you have a roommate)
Important Notes:
-
SIJ cannot assume that roommates are on the same flight.
-
SIJ will not be held responsible for missed buses due to late arrivals or failure to submit your itinerary by the deadline.
Please make sure to submit your form on time so we can ensure a smooth and stress-free check-in and departure process. Failure to submit may result in delays, including—but not limited to—missed transportation, check-ins, or scheduled events.
PORTABLE WIFI
Most newer phones support esims. Japan has many esim options to choose from. Alternatively, portable data sims are also available for purchase at the airport. Please notify our staff AT THE AIRPORT so they can assist you. Please keep in mind time needed to obtain a data sim at the airport as the first tour events begins exactly at 7:00pm. There is also free wi-fi in the hotel.
MONEY IN JAPAN
Japan is a cash society. Many places may not accept credit cards. You can exchange money in the airport or withdraw money from the ATMs in most major convenient stores. It's best to withdraw monies planned to spend on the trip upon arrival at the airport, or at the hotel (there's ATMs inside the hotel) to minimize tour interruptions.
🚍 GROUND TRANSPORTATION
From the airport to the events and sightseeing activities, patrons will ride in private tour buses—all while enjoying the sweet sound of Soca music.
Please keep the following in mind:
-
Punctuality is essential.
Many of our events and sightseeing activities are time-sensitive and may require advance appointments. -
Japanese culture values punctuality.
Buses will depart on schedule. If you are late, you may need to arrange your own transportation. -
Daily Schedules Provided
A detailed itinerary will be shared before your departure and again upon arrival in Japan. -
No Disruptions to the Group
As this is a group experience, late arrivals cannot delay or disrupt scheduled activities for others.
📛SAFETY
For your safety and convenience during the tour:
-
All patrons will receive a wristband containing the host hotel address and emergency contact information.
In the event you need to travel independently, refer to your wristband for assistance.
-
You will also receive both a physical and digital tour timeline pamphlet.
Please use this schedule to plan your day and ensure you arrive on time for all activities.
