About 2017 Canaval Tour

NOTE: This is a cultural experience of Japan, with a touch of soca along the way. Japan Canaval heavily involves choreography, but there is also time for freestyle. There is a lot of walking on this tour, and can be overly physically demanding for some. Please know your limits before registering.

Tour includes:

•  8 nights/9days of accommodation between Tokyo city and Kochi city

• Access fees to all Soca related events including Canaval*

• Choreography lessons for Canaval

• Access fees to all special group events (non-soca related events/activities e.g cultural events and shows). 

  • Tokyo tower - The most famous landmark in Tokyo, overseeing the beautiful city​

  • Robot Restaurant - a futurist robotic show you just have to see to believe, one of the most popular shows in Tokyo that frequently sellsout

  • Oiran-Za  Cabaret Show - Enjoy a Traditional cabinet show in a Broadway like musical showing the best of japan. over 2 hours long of entertainment.

• Sightseeing in Tokyo

  • Visit various famous places and districts within Tokyo and Kyoto, Asakusa historic distric, Ameyoko shopping district, and more.

• Accommodation Tokyo, large Guest house

• Accommodation Kochi, Hotel 2 person per room

WARNING, space is Extremely limited. Registrants will be on a first come bases.

*Canaval is 2-day all-inclusive food and drinks. Canaval band launch party and costume display will held in June.

Total cost $1650USD does not include flight. Guest must arrive by 5pm in Tokyo airport for transportation.

Payment options:

Payment in full of $1650USD

or

$300USD initial registration fee then 3 payments of $450USD x 3 months beginning in May. Registration fee must be paid within 72hrs upon approval. All subsequent payments must be paid by the 15th of the month. Failure to pay by the 15th, unless otherwise arranged with Soca in Japan, may result in loss of all deposits.  All payments are nonrefundable.

Guest must fly into Tokyo airport (NRT or HND) and arrive by 5pm on August 4th. Guest will depart from Kochi airport (KCZ) on August 12th preferably after 11am.

Guest can choose to arrive earlier or stay longer but this would not be covered in the cost.

UPDATE!

Alternatively you can depart from OSAKA airport (KIX). It's about 4 hours from Kochi, so departure time after 12pm on Aug 12th is required. Traveling from Kochi to Osaka will be free.

It is YOUR REPONSIBILITY to know whether your country requires a Visa for Japan
