About the artist

Naomiagar brings together Japanese and Ecuadorian heritage. Her singing career launched in summer 2024, and her debut single “Little Mermaid” reached #3 on Japan’s reggae charts. She’s also an active DJ across Tokyo’s Afro and Latin scenes.

A Soca tune about taking a romantic risk. Sung mostly in English, its refrain drops the Japanese phrase “リズムに乗せて” (get on the rhythm). Produced by the globally respected Jus Now under their Road Music imprint, and distributed through Monk Music — the label of Soca legend Machel Montano.
